Olaleye had been managing the firm, its activities and assignments directly or through its leadership for more than seven years by offering Business and Management Consulting advisory and change management implementation support to literally all sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Abiola is an alumnus of the Howard University USA, a PRINCE2 Practitioner, a Qualified Security Assessor and an ISO27001 Lead Auditor. He is very conversant with implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Process Management Systems (BPMS). He is versed in enforcing IT governance guidelines, an Information Systems professional and has over 13 years working experience in the private and public sectors.
Doyinsola holds a Masters degree in International Business and is a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager as well as a Graduate of the Palladium Group’s Balanced Scorecard Boot camp. Her career spans over two decades cutting across various service industries in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Since joining the Firm in 2005, she has worked extensively in the areas of strategy development, performance management, market research, business re-structuring and integration.

Adepoju has nearly two decades of experience in Information Technology, Softwares and Networking. In his current role, he has responsibility for providing overall strategic direction for our learning and development business in NairaSalary Limited. This includes instructor led training, e-learning, mobile learning and performance support initiatives. He also oversees our global strategic partner alliances. Learning is his passion and he continues to play a significant role in assisting organisations.

She is a high-performing, strategic thinking human resource and business professional versed in leading HR operations to increased organizational effectiveness. Oluwaseun has carried out assignments locally and internationally in the domain of HR transformation, human capital management and organizational culture development.
