These Terms of Service govern all Users (hereinafter referred to as “Candidate”, “you” and “your”) of NairaSalary’s website – www.nairasalary.com (the “Website”) that have applied for a job, submitted a CV on the Website or have utilised any features of the Website or NAIRASALARY’s Products or Services offered through the Website. The Website is owned and operated by NAIRASALARY Limited defined as (“NAIRASALARY “, “we”, “us” and “our”).
Variation of Terms
NAIRASALARY may vary these Terms at any time. If we vary these Terms, we will provide notice by publishing the varied Terms on the Website. You accept that by doing this, NAIRASALARY has provided you with sufficient notice of the variation to its Terms. Your continued use of this Website will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms by you.
Providing correct, true, and accurate information
To be able to apply for jobs or be found in our CV database by employers, candidates must register and provide personal and career related information including educational background, work history, CV, certificates etc. NAIRASALARY strongly prohibits any form of impersonation. All information provided must be for you and about you, and not another person. By using the Website you warrant that all such information provided by you are true, correct, accurate, and not misleading. In the event that NairaSalary discovers, at any stage, that some or all of the information provided is false, incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading, NairaSalary reserves the right to deny you further access to the use of the Website without your notice.
Acceptable language for addressing Employers/Recruiters/NairaSalary
By using the Website, you agree to communicate with employers, recruiters, NAIRASALARY, and others you interact with via the Website in a respectful, courteous and professional manner. NAIRASALARY operates a zero tolerance policy for abusive, defamatory, derogatory, offensive or similar language. NAIRASALARY reserves the right to deny you access to use of the Website without your notice, if you are found to have used such language.
Interview Attendance Policy
Candidates who confirm availability for interviews but are unable to attend MUST NOTIFY the employer, recruiter, or NairaSalary BEFORE the stipulated time of the interview. Candidates may give this notification by a telephone call to the employer or recruiter, or as a response to the interview invitation mail. Candidates can also make notifications to NairaSalary by sending an email to email@example.com
In the event that a candidate does not give this notification before the stipulated time, NairaSalary reserves the right to prevent the candidate from using the Website for future search of employment opportunities.
New Job Resumption Policy
Candidates who accept offer letters from employers, but are no longer interested or available for resumption, are advised to notify the employer or NairaSalary before the stipulated resumption date. Candidates may give this notification to the employer via call or email, or to NairaSalary by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event that a candidate does not give this notification, NairaSalary reserves the right to prevent the candidate from using the NairaSalary platform for future search of employment opportunities.
Website Security Rules
You shall not breach, or attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Website by engaging in any of the following actions including, but not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for you, or that you are not privy to;
- Accessing another candidate’s or an employer’s account;
- Obstructing user traffic to the site;
- Breaching site authentication measures.
Users found to have breached or attempted to breach the security or integrity of the Website will be barred from using the Website, and may be liable to criminal prosecution.
